Brake drum with dimension 250x40 mm and bolt pattern 5x112 for Knott brake system. The drum is designed for metric bearing and uses tapered roller bearings with size 25x52x16.2 mm and 35x72x18.25 mm. Wheel bearings are ordered separately – use 1249008 or 4010052 depending on construction. The brake drum is compatible with several well-known manufacturers such as AVONRIDE, BRADLEY, NIEPER and SCHLEGL.
Brake drum in wheel hub on trailer
The brake drum sits in the wheel hub and runs on metric wheel bearings. The brake shoes are pressed against the inside of the brake drum. Check brake surface, bearings and fit during maintenance.
