VALERYD's brake shoes for AL-KO trailers, caravans, boat trailers, car transport trailers and horse trailers are developed to withstand extreme loads so that you as a customer feel safe and secure on our roads.
Our brake shoes for AL-KO are manufactured with unique technology in a special process where the brake pad is pressed with high force against the brake shoe. The advantage of this is that, unlike other brake shoes where the pads are glued, it provides much better durability and strength, which also extends the service life.
To achieve even greater strength in the brake shoes, we have also developed longer "X-ribs" in the load-bearing brake shoes. This X-design is hollowed out on the side of the brake pads so that the cover material can flow into the cavities and be compressed, further guaranteeing strength and durability.
The technology is unique and has been developed by VALERYD.
