Trailer adapter LED 13–7 for compatibility between vehicle and trailer
This trailer adapter is used to connect a vehicle with a 13-pin socket to a trailer with a 7-pin plug in combination with LED lighting. The adapter is designed for vehicle systems where LED lights may affect the vehicle's monitoring of the trailer's electrical system.
Adapted solution for trailers with LED lighting
By simulating load, the adapter enables correct function of the trailer's lighting even when LED lights are used. When using the adapter, the vehicle's control functions are bypassed, which means that faults in the trailer's lights are not always indicated by the vehicle.
